Overview
We are accepting resumes for a Sales Engineer to maintain and grow the customer base within the
Northeast
Territory
by providing solutions to our customer’s analytical testing problems. The territory will include MA, CT, VT, NH, RI, ME, Northern NJ, Eastern NY & New York City. Applicants must currently reside in this NE region as no relocation is available for this position.

Education Required
: BS in chemistry, chemical engineering or physics or education/experience equivalent.

Experience Required
: Two to five (
2 to 5
) years of sales experience working with a complex sales cycle and selling capital equipment/lab instruments. This position requires a broad knowledge of technical scientific products and marketing techniques.

Skills Required
: A professional image along with strong interpersonal, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills is essential. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are fundamental as is an ability to manage multiple projects. Intermediate PC skills and the ability to lift up to 120 pounds are required. Travel throughout
territory 3-4 days per week (average).
